What is anxiety and how does it affect our lives?
Anxiety is a distressing emotion that develops in a person as a result of the expectation that they will experience some unfavorable outcome or unclear threat in the future. According to the implication made by psychologist Rollo May, anxiety is an emotion that does not serve any objective. Anxiety can show up as nervousness, apprehension, worry, fear, dread, and dread, and it can sometimes be accompanied by physical symptoms like sweating, trembling, and a fast heartbeat.
The reality is that our surrounding environment contains a great number of factors that are responsible for our anxiety.
